In the midst of building work, Mr T and I had a lovely day out celebrating the Ruby Wedding of my parents-in-law/Mr T’s folks.
We headed off to The Luton Hoo which is just delightful and at only an hour-ish drive from where we live is a real treasure and I plan to go back.
There was a group of us celebrating the two rubies, and we were treated to a delicious meal followed by a walk around the vast grounds and then a cooling refreshment on the spacious terrace.
I hope you’ll humour me as I indulge in photos of food and grandeur over dust and rubble.
The house itself is huge and was full of people enjoying afternoon tea which looked really tasty, plus there is a spa on site which I am very keen to experience.
If you want a nice day out and perhaps a spot of tea, then why not give The Luton Hoo a try.
This isn’t sponsored in any way, as always with this blog when I like a place I will write about it!
